LUCKNOW, INDIA April 13, 2025: Suzuki Motors, one of India’s leading automobile manufacturers, has announced a massive hiring initiative targeting young, aspiring professionals. The company is set to recruit 500 candidates for its Hansalpur plant in Gujarat under its “Earn While You Learn” program. The recruitment will take place through a one-day campus drive scheduled for April 14, 2025, at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Aliganj, Lucknow.

Lucrative Opportunity for 10th Pass Youth

This recruitment campaign by Suzuki Motors is particularly significant for candidates who have passed the 10th grade with at least 40% marks in English, Mathematics, and Science. Eligible applicants must be male and between the ages of 18 to 21 years as of April 11, 2025.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹15,067 along with professional training for two years. Upon completion, they will be awarded a certified ITI NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training) certificate, adding significant value to their career prospects.

Recruitment Drive Details and Required Documents

The campus drive is scheduled to commence at 10:00 AM on April 14, 2025, at the Placement Hall, Government ITI, Aliganj, Lucknow. Candidates are required to bring the following documents:

  • Aadhar Card and other ID proofs

  • Original and photocopy of 10th mark sheet

  • Two passport-size photographs

  • Updated resume

  • Any additional ITI or technical certification, if available

The initiative falls under the Employment and Skill Development program, aiming to empower India’s youth through gainful employment and professional upskilling.
