Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor commemorated the festival of lights on November 1. The couple had earlier visited their home in Mumbai with their daughter Raha to greet the media on Diwali. They were spotted laughing and waving at the photographers while wearing well-coordinated ensembles. The actress recently shared a number of unseen pictures that showed how the Bhatt and Kapoor families observed the Indian festival.
Check out the photos here:
The first picture features Alia, Ranbir Kapoor, and Raha performing Diwali puja together. The little munchkin focused entirely on the camera as the parents were preoccupied with the diyas in the thali. They were all dressed in mustard yellow ethnic attire and looked stunning.
Ranbir wore a plain silk kurta with beige pants, while Alia dazzled in a simple yet understated organza saree. Their daughter, on the other hand, was dressed in a charming kurta-pant set. Along with the Diwali photo dump, Alia wrote, âLights, love, and precious moments. Happy Diwali.â
In the second picture, Alia is seen posing with her sister Shaheen Bhatt while giving her a tender side hug. The actress and her mother, renowned actress Soni Razdan, have a beautiful bond, as seen in the following photo.
Neetu Kapoor participated in the Diwali puja alongside Alia and Ranbir. But the winner was little Raha, who was sitting on her father's lap and making cute faces. The Raazi actress can also be seen showing off her gorgeous golden saree in a few of the pictures. The flowers in her hair and the style itself was perfect. She even used fresh flowers to create a rangoli.
Apart from the Kapoors, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone also celebrated Diwali today. By giving their fans an official look at their baby girl, they gave them a huge present. The couple also revealed that they had named their child Dua Padukone Singh.
On the work front, Alia will be next seen in âAlphaâ along with âMunjyaâ actress Sharvari while Ranbir has âRamayanaâ and âAnimal Parkâ in his pipeline. Both the actors will be seen together, along with Vicky Kaushal in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love & War'.
