Bengaluru: City police have arrested a 21-year-old food vendor for allegedly flashing a neighbour and attacking her husband and others who criticised him on the night of April 13. The incident occurred at Rajiv Gandhi Colony, Queens Road, Shivajinagar. According to police, the accused, Kartik V, was tracked down to his hideout in Ramanagara.
When the woman's husband and a relative confronted Kartik over his actions, he is said to have hurled pieces of cement bricks and broken pots at them from the second floor of his house. Both sustained head injuries and were treated at Bowring Hospital. The woman filed a police complaint the same night. Sensing trouble, Kartik fled the city.
