A bush fire in San Diego, California created a large plume of smoke on Thursday which was seen near the Spring Valley area and the San Diego State University's College area.As per San Deigo Fire Rescue, the fire was started in a Palm Tree, and subsequently spread to the nearby areas. Local news reports indicated that the exact location of the fire was near Fairmount Avenue and Montezuma Road.Here's a video of the fire shared on social media:
The smoke was visible from multiple places, such as the College Area, the Spring Valley area, and as far as Mission Valley in Serra Mesa.The fire has been threatening nearby structures, as per reports. Firefighters have requested additional water to control the vegetation fire. No update on the injuries is available as of now. However, multiple roads have been closed due to it.
