The sixth series of All Creatures Great and Small is drawing to a close, with the final episode, Our Hearts Are Full, set to air on October 30.
In the concluding episode, Tristan Farnon (portrayed by Callum Woodhouse) and Charlotte Beauvoir (Gaia Wise) are revelling in their romance, but they're conscious that Tristan's leave is nearing its end.
As he readies himself to return to war, they ponder what lies ahead.
Meanwhile, Siegfried Farnon (Samuel West) finally uncovers the harsh reality about his brother.

Elijah Wentworth is a farmer who owns a shire horse named Weissmuller.
Tristan and Siegfried pay him a visit, but Tristan abruptly takes off, leaving Siegfried puzzled.
Elijah is portrayed by Bernard Wrigley, an English singer, actor and comedian renowned for his folk music.
He has appeared in Phoenix Nights, Emmerdale, Coronation Street and Shameless.
Grace Chapman is an old friend of Mrs Hall's (Anna Madeley), played by Cat Simmons.
Cat is a 45 year old English actress best known for her role as DC Kezia Walker in The Bill.
She is also recognised for her roles in Family Affairs and Life and Lyrics.
 
   Tom is Grace's son, portrayed by Lamin Touray, a British Gambian actor from Manchester.
He played Ashley Hardcastle in Coronation Street and has made guest appearances in Waterloo Road, Doctors and Everything I Know About Love.
The final episode also includes performances from Richard Alderson played by Tony Pitts, Jimmy Herriot portrayed by Thomas Richards, Maggie enacted by Mollie Winnard, and Charlotte Beauvoir brought to life by Gaia Wise.
