's left viewers sobbing with her emotional reaction to her partner dancing with her replacement Lauren Oakley.
The pair managed to achieve an impressive 39 out of 40 with a Bruno Mars dance for Icons Week as Amy watched backstage.
Professional dancer Lauren Oakley, stepped in to dance with JLS star JB, 37, after his partner Amy, 34, fell ill during last weekend's filming.
During the first ever Icons Week, the remaining 10 celebrities and their professional dance partners performed routines set to tracks from legendary singers. For the icons week, JB and Lauren, 33, performed a couple's choice to a medley of Bruno Mars songs.
As Amy watched them get their scores, fans rushed to social media to share their devastation at her emotional reaction. One said: "Amy breaks me. I sincerely hope she's okay and well."
Another added: "Oh my heart broke a little for Amy there. You could tell that was bittersweet because she should have been getting those 10s with JB. She is a beautiful person and deserves the whole world."
A third chimed in: "In tears watching JB get 3 tens. Amy looked so happy for them but I feel she was sad that they didn't get those scores together."
A fourth fan asked: "Is Amy ok? Her getting teary eyed has sent me over the edge." A fifth said: "Feeling so sad for Amy. Sending her all the love and a big hug."
Amy is "doing much better" following a health scare that forced her to miss Sunday's results show after being rushed to hospital. She sat out this week's competition but was present in the studio on Saturday night to support her celebrity partner and co-star Lauren.
Before the performance, Amy wished JB and his stand-in dance partner Lauren the "absolute best of luck" ahead of Saturday's live show.
In an emotional Instagram post, Amy wrote: "Wishing these two the absolute best of luck tonight. I'm going to be your biggest cheerleader. @jbgill it says everything how you've been able to adapt to a new professional, produce such a great number (so excited for everyone to see) whilst supporting me. I'm so lucky. You're a star."
"I know what tonight means to you. Thank you. @laurenmayoakley thank you, I knew Jay would be in safe hands and have a fabulous time with you. You know I've always adored your dancing since I ran up to you in Blackpool Tower at eight years old to tell you. Thank you darling."
"@lizzie.gough you for choreographing such a brilliant routine! Love it. Thank you. Also a big thank you for all the love and support I've received this past week. So grateful and certainly helped. Now tune into the first ever Icons week on Strictly."
