Bollywood actor Sachin Pilgaonkar opens up about his late friend Satish Shah and his personal life. Speaking to News18, Sachin explained that Satish had undergone a kidney transplant "because he wanted to extend his life" so he could take care of his Madhu Shah, who suffers from Alzheimer's. Sachin told that he had received a message from Satish just a few hours before his death.

Sachin also told Satish was on dialysis. He said, "Unfortunately, Madhu isn't well either. They have Alzheimer's. Satish had a kidney transplant this year. He wanted to extend his life so he could take care of Madhu. He was on dialysis. He had bypass surgery before that which was successful. "
Sachin told that his wife Supriya Pilgaonkar had met Satish at his house three days before his death. He said he and Satish messaged constantly. He also said, "Actually, I got a message from him this afternoon at 12:56, which means he was still all right at the time. I'm traumatized, less say. The industry did suffer, and that's a different matter. "
