"The loan market is something we are looking at," Parkinson told . "It's all about touching base with the Premier League loans managers, making sure we have an understanding of who could become available.
"We can probably attract a better calibre of player than we'd have been able to do in the past. Premier League teams are reluctant to loan out their elite players into League One.
"It has to be a player you believe can make an instant impact and is going to make a significant contribution as the season goes on." As Parkinson eyes up potential loanees, has taken a look at several hot prospects he could turn to.
Jayden DannsOne player Wrexham have previously been linked with signing on loan is Liverpool's Jayden Danns. The 19-year-old striker is highly rated at Anfield and was sent out to Championship side on transfer deadline day in February.
However, concerns over a back injury were flagged during his medical and he was unable to recover in time to feature in their successful promotion push. With his progress curtailed, could be tempted to send Danns for another go in the second tier with Wrexham.
Will LankshearAnother starlet once tipped to join the North Wales outfit on loan is Tottenham's Will Lankshear. The striker was connected with the club last summer, but Spurs ultimately chose to keep him in North London for the first half of the 2024/25 campaign.

Lankshear was only given limited game time, despite scoring in the against Galatasaray, and later went to Championship outfit in January. He failed to find the net once in his eleven appearances for the Baggies, despite earning praise for his performances in the local press and could be loaned out again.
Joe GelhardtWrexham were also understood to be eyeing Leeds striker Joe Gelhardt in January. The 23-year-old ultimately joined Hull for the second half of the season and performed well, scoring five goals in 20 Championship games.
Gelhardt has returned to Leeds following the end of the season. But with his parent club recently promoted to the Premier League, don't rule out another loan move.
Harrison ArmstrongMidfielder Harrison Armstrong might only be 18, but he's already made big waves in the Championship. Armstrong was loaned from his boyhood club, to Derby County during the winter transfer window and was highly impressive.
He made 15 appearances following his move to Pride Park and helped steer the Rams to safety. Another loan move is now being talked about, and Wrexham could be an ideal location.
