"The prettiest too," said one fan. A second gushed: "My gwurl @lizzobeeating!! She looks gorg!!" Her outing with Paris comes just days after she surprised fans by joining Paris on stage at Stagecoach country music festival last week.

The 44-year-old brought Lizzo out during her DJ set at Diplo's Honky Tonk and the singer again displayed the results of her journey as she slipped into a very revealing sheer bodysuit which she completed with a netted maxi skirt.

Although Lizzie has been hit with claims she used the diabetes drug Ozempic, she has always denied this and last week revealed to fans how she managed to lose 60lbs. Now, she keeps a constant eye on what she eats but urged fans to "find out what works" for them.

During a TikTok live, she explained she now avoids any "sugary stuff" and, instead, prefers "super savoury." But that's not all – she's even cut down on the number of Starbucks she has every day. Previously, she had "two to three" large drinks from the global coffee chain on a daily basis.

Speaking to fans on the video-sharing platform, she said: "I do something sweet. It's gotta be with some sort of like carb. I'll have like almond butter and toast. So, everybody's body is different. Find out what works for you," before explaining that the only thing that works for everybody is calories in versus calories out.

"That's just how the human body works," she explained. After discovering how many calories she was drinking with her Starbucks coffees – estimated to be around 1,200 – she completely stopped and this also played a part in helping to "regulate" her nervous system.

The singer explained she found herself applying a calorie deficit, explaining: "I was prone to binging." Lizzo's anxiety had also played a part in her decision to transform her life. "I'm ready to stop waiting to be myself like fully and be happy," she said.

She added: "And I meditated. I calmed myself down. And I isolated a little bit, but not like made myself lonely, not the way I used to when I was depressed. I isolated myself in a mindful way where I had no distractions.

"I loved to distract myself with people. I loved to distract myself with food. I loved to distract myself with drinking. I loved to distract myself with problems that I would create. I would love to do that. And I stopped doing that," before adding that she now focuses on herself.

Earlier this year, she revealed that she had reduced her body mass by 10.5 and had lost a staggering 16 per cent of her body fat. "Today when I stepped on my scale, I reached my weight release goal," she told fans in January. The proud star commented: "I haven't seen this number since 2014! Let this be a reminder you can do anything you put your mind to. Time for new goals!"
