Many times we choose oil by looking at the brand and marketing, but ignore the fats, processing and chemicals hidden behind them. So let's talk about such oils which should be stopped from being used for cooking immediately.
Vanaspati Ghee (Hydrogenated Oil)

We use Vanaspati Ghee in cooking every day, but do you know that it contains a lot of trans fat which increases the risk of heart diseases. In such a situation, avoid using it.
Soybean Oil:
Due to excessive processing of soybean oil and being rich in omega-6 content, inflammation in the body can increase and it also has a bad effect on the bones of the body.
Corn Oil:
This oil is also highly refined and increases bad cholesterol in the body. Taking care of health, its use should be stopped.
Canola Oil
Canola oil is considered healthy, but it is genetically modified and chemically processed. Therefore, it also has bad effects on the body.
Palm Oil
Palm oil is bad for both the environment and health. It is also rich in trans fats.
Rice Bran Oil:
This oil changes its structure when heated, which can have harmful effects on the body.
Peanut Oil:

Peanut oil can cause allergies in some people, and when heated excessively, it releases harmful compounds that can cause various diseases in the body.
To stay healthy, it is important that you are alert about the oil you use in your kitchen. Using cold pressed and less processed oils can be better options.
