Ingredients
1 cup curd
4 teaspoons gram flour
Half a teaspoon of cumin seeds
A quarter teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
3 cloves
1 bay leaf
4-5 curry leaves
1 whole red chilli
2 finely chopped green chillies
5-6 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dry garlic
Half a teaspoon of ginger
A quarter teaspoon of sugar
A quarter teaspoon of asafoetida
1 teaspoon Desi ghee
Half a cup of finely chopped coriander
Recipe
- To make garlic curry, first of all, grind garlic, ginger, green chillies, and coriander in a mixer.
- Now take curd in a vessel and mix gram flour in it and make a paste. Add garlic-ginger and chilli paste to it and mix well.
- Now, put the gram flour mixture in a pan or kadhai and let it boil. Now add fenugreek seeds to it and boil for 10 minutes. Keep in mind to keep stirring it in between.
- After this, put desi ghee in a pan or kadhai and let it heat up. Add cloves, bay leaves, asafoetida, cumin seeds, whole red chillies, curry leaves, and garlic in hot ghee and fry.
- Add salt and sugar to it. Boil the gram flour-garlic mixture for 3-4 minutes. Serve it with rice, millet khichdi or roti.
