Ingredients

Poha - 50 grams
Jaggery - 20 grams
Curd - 100 grams
Milk - 2 tablespoons
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Pomegranate - 1/2 cup

Recipe

- First of all, wash the poha thoroughly in water and keep it aside.

- Then take the jaggery and mash it well.

- After this, put curd and jaggery in a bowl and mix well till it dissolves.

- Then add cardamom powder to it and mix well.

- After this, add the soaked poha to it and mix well.

- Then keep this prepared mixture in the fridge for a while and cool it.

- Sweet curd poha is ready. Garnish it with pomegranate seeds and serve it cold.
