200 grams curd

50 grams milk

Salt to taste

60 grams sugar

6 pieces small idli

Green coriander

Method

- Strain the curd thoroughly in a bowl. This will remove the extra water from the curd.

- Now add milk to curd and mix well.

- Then add salt and sugar as per taste and whisk well.

- Make sure that there are no lumps in curd. Now place idlis in a big bowl or plate.

- Pour curd mixture over idlis. Add tempering of mustard and curry leaves.

- Then garnish with green coriander and serve immediately.

- If you want, you can also add boondi, namkeen, or pomegranate seeds over curd idlis.
