UPCATET 2025 Counselling: Check date, time, important documents at upcatet.net

Candidates who appeared for the UPCATET Entrance Exam 2025 and qualified must visit the official website to download the counselling schedule. Only those who have cleared the exam are eligible to participate in the UPCATET 2025 Online Counselling Process.

For Round 1, registration and fee payment for selected candidates will be open from June 27 to June 28, 2025. The choice filling and locking window will also be available during these dates.

Candidates planning to participate in the counselling process should carefully review the UPCATET 2025 Online Counselling Schedule, which is also provided in the official information brochure. The schedule covers all UG, PG, and PhD programmes. The counselling process officially begins on June 27, 2025.
UG courses: Three online counselling rounds
PG courses: Two rounds (one online and one offline)
Doctoral programmes: One round of counselling

Documents Required for UPCATET 2025 Counselling
To ensure a smooth counselling process, candidates must prepare the following documents in advance:

• A printed copy of the UPCATET application form, attested by the Registrar/Principal/Dean of the last attended institution.
• Attested photocopies and originals of Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates.
• Attested and original mark sheets and certificates of Bachelor's and Master’s degrees (if applicable).
• A valid domicile certificate for Uttar Pradesh, issued by a competent authority.
• Original sports weightage certificate (if applicable).
• Original character and conduct certificate from the head of the last institution attended.
• At least five passport-sized photographs with the candidate’s name and roll number written on the back.
• OBC category candidates must produce an original caste certificate issued after March 31, 2024, or valid on the counselling date.
• Two demand drafts:

₹500 for the counselling fee
₹5000 for the initiation fee
