Constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana by the Gandhinagar Urban Development Authority, this housing scheme, inaugurated in February 2024, has given new homes to 1,208 families. The Chief Minister joined the beneficiaries, enhancing their joy as they celebrated their first Diwali in these new residences.
During the event, the Chief Minister conveyed Diwali greetings, urging residents to uphold cleanliness in their new society. He remarked, "It is now your responsibility to keep this society as clean as it is today and to make it the cleanest society in Gandhinagar."
The Chief Minister also engaged directly with beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
