Anakapalli (Andhra Pradesh) [India], November 1 (ANI): A massive fire broke out at a shop in Anakapalli's Gandhi Agricultural Market due to a short circuit, causing extensive damage to electrical appliances.
Reportedly, after the short circuit the smoke engulfed and was noticed coming out from the shop by the farmers heading towards the market.
The farmers promptly informed the Anakapalli Fire Station. After two hours of efforts the fire fighters managed to bring the flames under control.
The shop owner Kandrakeula Prasad mentioned that due to the festive season a large quantity of goods was stored in the shop.
