The registration process for counseling began on October 14 at 2 p.m. Candidates who have qualified for the Common University Entrance Test – Undergraduate (CUET UG 2025) can apply for admission to UG programs in agriculture and related subjects. According to the official counseling schedule, the last date for registration, fee payment, and choice filling is October 17, 2025. The Round 1 seat allotment result will be released on October 21st.

The counseling process will be conducted in four stages. The registration process for the first round of counseling is currently underway. The ICAR counseling process is being conducted to fill 20% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats in undergraduate programs offered at agricultural universities. Additionally, 100% of seats at ICAR-NDRI Karnal, ICAR-IARI Delhi, RLBCAU Jhansi, and RPCAU Pusa will also be filled through CUET UG instead of the previous All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) UG.
