UP NHM has given good news to the candidates on Diwali. Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission (UP NHM) has announced recruitment for more than 7000 posts, under which a total of 7401 posts of Community Health Officers will be recruited in UP. The application process for these posts has also started. Candidates can apply for these posts in online mode by visiting the official website till 17 November 2024.

Out of the total posts, 2960 posts are reserved for the General category, 1998 posts for OBC, 1555 posts for SC, 740 posts for EWS, and 148 for the ST category. No application fee will have to be paid to apply.

UP NHM CHO Vacancy 2024: Who can apply?

Candidates applying for Community Health Officer posts should have a B.Sc Nursing degree from any recognized university. At the same time, candidates with a basic B.Sc Nursing degree can also apply for these posts. The age of the applicant should be between 21 years to 40 years. UP CHO Recruitment 2024: How will the selection be done?

Applicants will be selected for the posts of CHO through the CBT exam. 100 objective type questions will be asked in the exam and the time will be two hours. Candidates successful in the examination will be called for document verification. The selection will be done on a contract basis for three years.
