Strictly Come Dancing's Pete Wicks set the record straight on any show romance rumours on Wednesday's .
The former TOWIE star, 36, appeared on the chat show with pro partner Jowita Przystal. Host asked: "Do you even listen to the judges because I'd take it with a pinch of salt really, Craig, the way he cussed your Samba that was a bit out of order but do you actually listen to them or are you just in your own little ?"
Pete replied: "I'm just in my own little world, we're in a bit of a bubble when we dance!" to which Alison went straight in with the cheeky questions as she asked: "Is it a love bubble?"
This prompted Pete to set the record straight as he insisted: "It's not a love bubble unfortunately... I mean you came in early, that was about 30 seconds before you went in with it!" to which Alison joked: "I was straight in there!"
Pete continued: "You were straight in there! No, it's not a love bubble, we have great chemistry because we've become such good friends!
"She's one of the most amazing people I've ever met, genuinely, not just in the dancing side of things but outside of that and I think that helps us with the whole dancing thing."
Alison then asked if the constant love rumours were annoying to which the reality star admitted: "Yeah, it's always the same, I'm used to it ten years that's all anyone ever interested in that side of stuff... but we don't really listen to that stuff!"
It comes as Pete has been spotted with Love Island's Maura Higgins on a number of occasions and even shared a few pecks.
Elsewhere during the interview, fellow This Morning host Dermot O'Leary was left stunned by Pete's body transformation since joining Strictly. Dermot, 51, said: "I went to see Pete in make-up earlier on and I have to say, he is svelte! How much weight have you lost?"
Pete admitted: "Half a stone!" with Alison exclaiming: "Stop it, that's for you!"
It comes as Pete and Jowita paid homage to Todd Phillips' Joker film with their haunting Viennese Waltz to That’s Life by Frank Sinatra, which secured them their highest score of the series with 31 points.
Dressed in the character’s infamous red suit and with green hair, Pete twirled and dipped professional dancer Jowita, who donned a red ruffled dress.
Judge Anton Du Beke hailed it as his best dance so far and praised his "breadth of movement" and characterisation.
This Morning continues on weekdays at 10am on both ITV and ITV X.
