Former star has showcased a trim and toned figure ahead of his music tour - which is a stark difference to his appearance a while ago.
The reality TV star, 26, who is now exploring a career in the music industry, shared with fans a before and after image of his body. And this showed the before snap of him with a more, in comparison to him sporting a six-pack, with the background of a musical studio.
In both images is half-naked. But while looking almost downcast in the before image, he then appeared happy and full of life in the after picture, as he wore his baseball cap backward and smiled for the camera, showing off his new toned appearance.
Accompanied by the image, he wrote: "Transformation for my Tour (and for myself). I’ve been quietly working on myself for a while now, I neglected my health for years, it’s affected me physically and mentally! For the first time in years I can honestly say, I feel f****** great! Tour starts in 9 days. Lets go!"
And obviously, fans wasted no time in commenting, One person said: "Drop the workout plan. Beast." Another person added; "You look amazing bro. I wish I had your push and drive. Keep smiling man." Meanwhile a third said: "You put in that work."
Wes became headline news in 2018 after his appearance on the show and he made it to the final with reality TV star . And while their relationship failed, he has gone on to achieve success on shows including and Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
But it looks as though his passion is more towards music after he released his single See Nobody in 2020, which reached number three in the UK charts. He then returned to the villa to perform his track Abracadabra, alongside . And when asked to return to the show as a contestant, he claimed he refused "politely."
Speaking to The Sun, he said: "Of course there was a question, but at the same time I was there to perform with a legend. I wouldn't go back on as a contestant. I’m happy to be known as an artist and not just an Islander, you know what I mean? I don't feel like it fulfils me in the sense that I didn't feel like I was being productive with my passion, if that makes sense."
In a chat with the , Wes said: "He is an absolute legend, I can’t lie - it was a bit of a dream come true. He actually bought me a birthday present, which I have been telling everyone about - it’s a subtle flex. But seriously, he is so talented and i look forward to making beautiful music with him in the future."
