aired a dramatic stand-off on Thursday night leading to Nish Panesar, played by actor Navin Chowdhry, leaving the soap.
Navin left the show after two years as the villain faced his comeuppance. But in a twist the character was shown taking the fall for Keanu Taylor's murder, as The Six storyline appeared to finally come to an end.
Earlier in the week Linda Carter and co were quizzed once more by the police, with them still not convinced Dean Wicks killed Keanu at . Of course fans knew it was Linda, with the other women including Nish's ex-wife Suki Panesar covering up the crime, and concealing the body.
When Keanu's body was found they framed Dean, but despite Linda confessing to the crime to the police she was ignored as they did not believe her. Luckily for them Nish had a change of heart on Thursday after days of threatening them with their secret.
Kathy Beale had let slip the truth to Nish, and he used it against them all to try and force Suki to get back with him. Suki agreed to be a family again after Nish claimed he'd take the fall, only for him to go back on his word when he realised her real plan.
With The Six running out of time and facing being exposed, Suki faced a terrifying showdown with Nish at their house only to be rescued by Stacey Slater and her grandchildren Avani and Nugget. It was Avani who got through to her grandfather and made him realise what he'd done was wrong.

Of course she didn't know about Keanu's murder, but she did know about what else he'd done and the fact he was about to attack Suki again. Rather abruptly, the dying villain had a change of heart and suddenly became apologetic.
Declaring he loved Suki and his family he vowed to do the right thing. He gathered The Six at The Vic, and suddenly started asking for details about Keanu's demise and what happened next.
The women thought that he was simply taunting then but it soon became apparent he was getting his facts straight, having called the police. Suki broke the news to the women that Nish was going to hand himself in for the crime, and that they'd already discussed the events that night.
With that Nish returned home with the police, where the rest of his family discovered the truth. As he begged Suki never to marry her fiancée Eve Unwin and also to visit him in prison, the pair had an awkward goodbye as Nish was led away.
With that The Six watched as Nish was escorted to the police car and driven out of Walford for good. He was believed by the DI Arthurs as he claimed he got his men to attack and kill Keanu in the café before burying his body.
But some fans don't think this is the last of Nish, as they do not believe all the evidence really supports his claims. So might Nish end up being released, or will he die in prison?
